Lightness of Being | Yoga

A 60-minute live class to soften resistance and open to ease.

A lightness of being arises when we stop grasping and allow life to move through us. It’s that exhale after holding your breath, the gentle lift that follows release. In this practice, we invite effort to dissolve, shifting from striving to simply being.

Through fluid, heart-opening postures and breath-led movement, you’ll cultivate spaciousness in the body and subtle body alike. Each pose becomes a whisper of surrender, a soft return to your natural rhythm.

As you move, notice where you cling and where you flow. Let awareness drift into those spaces that feel tight or guarded, and with each exhale, offer them light.

Release the weight. Open to ease. Remember your lightness of being.

Lightness of Being | Meditation

A 30-minute guided meditation for inner expansion and effortless presence

After softening the body, we rest in stillness. This meditation invites you to experience the weightless quality of pure awareness, where doing fades and being remains.

As the mind quiets, you may feel yourself expand, as if the boundaries between breath, body, and space begin to blur. This is the essence of lightness: awareness resting as itself.

In stillness, everything lightens. Awareness is already free.

Reflective Alert Mind | Meditation

30-minute guided meditation to refine focus and awaken insight. After awakening the body and breath, we turn to stillness. This meditation invites the mind to become a mirror, reflective yet undisturbed. As thoughts settle, awareness becomes luminous and spacious, revealing intuition and creative flow.

In this state, you don’t force clarity, you simply allow it to appear.

When the mind is clear, awareness shines through.

Reflective Alert Mind | Yoga

A 30-minute live class to cultivate focus, steadiness, and insight.

A reflective, alert mind feels like the fog has lifted, the way a mirror clears after a steamy shower. Suddenly, you can see yourself and the world with clarity and ease. Thoughts become organized, intuition sharpens, and awareness feels bright and calm.

Through focused pranayama and mindful movement, this practice strengthens the mind’s ability to stay steady and present. You’ll learn to notice sensations as they arise, using curiosity rather than judgment to observe each moment. When the body moves and the mind listens, awareness expands naturally.

As you breathe and move, notice the stories that accompany each feeling, this is good, that’s bad, I’m doing it right, I’m not enough. Instead of engaging, stay curious. Each conscious breath clears a bit more of the inner fog, revealing a quiet confidence and alert stillness beneath it all.

Focus the mind. Clear the fog. See with quiet brilliance.

Loving Compassionate Heart | Meditation

A 30-minute guided meditation to quiet the mind and awaken compassion.

After honoring the body through movement, we turn inward to the quiet rhythm of the heart. This meditation gently restores balance to the subtle body, allowing breath and awareness to merge. As the nervous system settles, forgiveness arises, and the warmth of compassion begins to radiate outward, connecting you to all of life.

Each inhale nourishes; each exhale releases. Through stillness, you rediscover that love is not something you create, it is what you already are.

In stillness, the heart remembers its own light.

Loving Compassionate Heart | Yoga

A 30-minute live class to open the heart and balance your inner energy flow.

The subtle body, or Sukshma Sharira, is the energetic bridge between the physical and the spiritual. It carries prana, the life-force energy that moves through your chakras and nadis, shaping emotion, thought, and vitality. At the center of this field is the Anahata Chakra, the heart center, where love and compassion flow freely.

A loving, compassionate heart allows you to experience deep connection with yourself and others. With an expansive heart, you begin to accept life as it is, with forgiveness, empathy, and grace. You honor both your light and your shadow, recognizing that everyone is doing their best at their own level of awareness.

As you move, listen to the messages of your body and let breath be your guide. Sensation is valuable—it reveals where energy flows and where kindness is needed. Sharp or restrictive pain is a cue to soften, an invitation to practice ahimsa (non-harming) toward yourself.

From an energetic perspective, the breath is the extension of the heart, the living bridge between body and mind. As the shapes shift, your breath will too. If you lose the breath, you’ve gone too far. This balance between sukha (ease) and dukkha (strain) teaches harmony within effort.

When practicing asanas, adjust the shape of each pose to support the anatomy of the breath. Allow space in the diaphragm, ribcage, and chest for a full, complete inhale and exhale. When the breath flows freely, prana circulates, and the heart naturally expands in compassion.

Breathe through the heart. Move with compassion. Rest in grace.

As the mind softens, joy and vitality arise naturally, your body revealed as a radiant vessel of consciousness.

Stillness is where energy gathers. Joy is how it flows.

Joyful Energetic Body | Yoga

A 30-minute live class to energize and ground your body.

Week 1 of the Four Soul Intentions Series centers on the physical body, known in Sanskrit as Sthula Sharira, the body of matter and energy. This is the foundation through which life expresses itself: muscles, bones, joints, organs, and the vital fluids that sustain you.

Through invigorating postures, mindful breath, and grounding awareness, you’ll learn to inhabit your body fully, releasing tension and awakening a sense of strength, spontaneity, and radiance that carries into every aspect of life.

Sthiram Sukham Āsanam | Steadiness and Ease

In the Yoga Sutras, Patañjali defines asana as sthiram sukham āsanam, steady, joyful ease. True posture arises when effort and surrender meet: stability without strain, strength softened by sweetness.

When you find this balance, your breath deepens, your nervous system relaxes, and energy flows freely—awakening the essence of a joyful energetic body.

Move with joy. Breathe with energy. Live fully in your body.
