After honoring the body through movement, we turn inward to the quiet rhythm of the heart. This meditation gently restores balance to the subtle body, allowing breath and awareness to merge. As the nervous system settles, forgiveness arises, and the warmth of compassion begins to radiate outward, connecting you to all of life.

Each inhale nourishes; each exhale releases. Through stillness, you rediscover that love is not something you create, it is what you already are.

In stillness, the heart remembers its own light.
