A 60-minute live class to soften resistance and open to ease.

A lightness of being arises when we stop grasping and allow life to move through us. It’s that exhale after holding your breath, the gentle lift that follows release. In this practice, we invite effort to dissolve, shifting from striving to simply being.

Through fluid, heart-opening postures and breath-led movement, you’ll cultivate spaciousness in the body and subtle body alike. Each pose becomes a whisper of surrender, a soft return to your natural rhythm.

As you move, notice where you cling and where you flow. Let awareness drift into those spaces that feel tight or guarded, and with each exhale, offer them light.

Release the weight. Open to ease. Remember your lightness of being.
