Restorative Yoga

60-minute slow, grounding practice designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and restore energy. In restorative yoga, poses are held for longer periods, often five to seven minutes, allowing the body, fascia, and nervous system to deeply soften and release.
Suitable for all levels.
What to Bring
Restorative yoga is prop-supported. If you have them, please bring:
Yoga blocks Yoga bolster Yoga strap Yoga blanket
No props? No problem. You can substitute with:
Bed pillows or firm cushions A blanket A bathrobe belt or regular belt
Comfort is the goal, get cozy.
