In this class, we work with gentle, accessible breathing techniques to support regulation, mental steadiness, and a deeper connection to the present moment. We also include very gentle movements to open and support the breathing muscles, helping the breath flow with greater ease.
What to Bring
A yoga mat or comfortable seat A blanket or shawl for warmth Optional: a cushion or bolster for seated support
You may also choose to sit in a chair.
